This type has one hole drilled in the top of the cable pulley (visable on the photo)

Compare the hole to your engine? If it has no hole maybe it needs OLD TYPE PX selector box

Piaggio in their wisdom changed the selector box (angle on the internal arm)for T5 and later built PX engines. check your old one for a drilled hole on the cable wheel to make sure this is the correct one for you.
