Steering lock covers are used to cover the steering lock. They serve as a nice chrome cover or protect the key shaft from dirt or other foreign objects. Unless otherwise specified, they are supplied with the required rivet.

They are available in various designs:

• diamond-shaped: These steering lock covers were fitted on the first Smallframe models and the Super/Sprint/GL/GT models. They are silver and without marking.
• teardrop-shaped: With NEIMAN lettering on the sport models Vespa 50 SR/SS/90 SS and the Vespa 160 GS 1°/180 SS. A 3mm rivet was used on these models.
  On the later smallframe and largeframe models the diameter of the rivet then increases to 4mm.
