I came across this totally solid original paint GS150 a couple of years back. A previous owner had stripped the scooter down to parts to repaint and restore it. Luckily I thought the restoration had been abandoned ! Our team carefully cleaned and conserved all the original parts and sympathetically added new parts where required to achieve a "barn fresh" look. The red panels and mudguard were customising of the style when the machine was new so we stuck with that look and it suites it well we think. The scooter is mechanically completely overhauled and runs and sounds sweet. It does still need putting back on DVLA system but I do have a Council record from Hampshire ( June 1959 ) recording it's original county registration so the number plate WAA 743 should be retained. Your chance to put your hands on one of the few original condition GS150 machines supplied new by Douglas of Bristol.
