"Bit of a rarity this one - possibly unbelievably the Police were geared up with Black painted Douglas 92L2 Vespa scooters supplied with radio equipment and flashing blue light ( and battery lights) - for that they were fitted with powerful WIPAC ignitions- this is one of the survivors rescued from Douglas in Bristol when it closed down."
