I came across VDA 637 by chance on a well known auction site after returning from my exodus to New Zealand in 2009. A very poorly advertised Mk3 LD with U.K provenance and a wealth of N.O.S bodywork and parts saw me driving to Cumbria to pick up many boxes of half painted Lambretta which ironically had been supplied up the road in Wolverhampton back in 1958. It then resided in Bloxwich ( Walsall ) before heading north and slipping of the radar in 1965 when only seven years old. Well, after restoring and customising the very lovely machine you see here I used it for five years before letting it carry on it's journey. The current owner has his eyes on an SX200 so it's up for sale. How about brightening up your new season?
