If history is your bag ( along with classic scooters of course! ) then UHR 304 really has it all!. Registered in Trowbridge 7th August 1959 this "new 150" as it was labelled marked a complete new design for Piaggio. Rotary induction and 2% oil ratio were to become the norm for the next 30 years! UHR 304 lived a life in and around Trowbridge, Bath and rural Wiltshire during the 1960's. Cutting a dash with it's monster size AVON screen, Jet mascot and flame red paintwork it really could not get any more period perfect! The "new 150" or to give it's correct Piaggio title VBA 150 is subtly different than the more common place later production VBB / Sportique models such as orange gem brake light lens, side light warning gem , 3 speed gears and "flap" type choke mechanism. UHR 304 has been through our workshop and had a good old service and clean. Not perfect by any means with a few dents and dings it really is a character. Any inspection welcome will reveal a wealth of British / Italian history.
