Goodwood Revival Days
Whilst running Gran Sport Scooters in Birmingham, i (Disco Dez) was asked by agents of Lord March to organise and supply scooters and riders for the 2001 Goodwood Revival at Chicester. He wanted the best pre- 1966 machines to evoke the era of the Mods and every machine and rider had to be correct in every detail. I ended up arranging and supplying the scooters and riders for the next five years! Unfortunately work commitments prevented me continuing what was a very enjoyable but financially crippling weekend of fabulous vintage motor sport and classic machinery the smell and sound of which i will never recover from!!
